Return & Exchange Conditions
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order
- The abaya must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed
- Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
- Purchase invoice or order number must be provided
Accepted Return Cases
- Manufacturing or material defects
- Product significantly differs from the image or description
- Wrong size or color received
- Product damaged during shipping
Non-Returnable Cases
- Abayas that have been worn or washed
- Abayas with removed tags or labels
- Custom or altered abayas
- Change of mind after 7 days from delivery
How to Request a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order
- Send clear photos of the product showing the reason for return
- Wait for our approval of your return request
- Ship the product back to us after approval
- Refund will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the product
Return Fees
- Product defect or our error: We cover all shipping costs
- Change of mind or wrong size selection: Customer pays return shipping
Exchange Policy
- You can exchange your abaya for a different size or color (subject to availability)
- If the replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued
- Free exchange in case of error on our part
